These stores have agreed to pay our school 5% of any shopping certificates that we use. Shopping Certificates are just like gift certificates. You buy them for face value from the school, and use them like cash at the store. There's no extra charge to you. The 5% profit comes from the stores to the school in appreciation of our patronage. Help us reach our goal! As the chart shows, we have made great progress growing this program over the last 2 years. To be successful reaching this year's goal we need many more families to try the program and for the families that already use the program to expand their usage to all their grocery shopping. The potential income to St. Augustine's School is astonishing when you think about it.

• We have 1500 families in the parish, 400 with children registered in the school
• Every family buys groceries, the average family spending more than $100 per week
• That is a total of more than $40,000 per week in groceries that school families are buying
• 5% of $40,000 is $2,000 per week that these stores could be paying our school
• We're talking $8,000 per month to the school, just for buying groceries that we're already buying!
• $8,000 times 11 (most families are buying groceries in the area for at least 11 months) $88,000 per year that we're leaving on the table if we're not taking advantage of this program!
